Pork and Chestnut Stuffing Balls

This recipe is great for lovers of stuffing but this is made with all lovely natural foods (not out of a box - blurgh). Preparation is key.

500g minced pork
200g chesnuts (either vacuum packed or tinned)
1 red onion
1 tbsp of mixed herbs (of your choosing)
Salt and pepper to taste

Chop the onions and chestnuts as fine as you can (I use a food processor), place into a bowl, add the minced pork, herbs, salt and pepper. Give the ingredients a good mix with your hands (the best tools for most food prep). Once mixed roll into balls, a bit larger than a golf ball. Pop them into a pre-heated oven at 200° for about 25 minutes or until crispy. DONE - serve with vegetables - I serve them with roast veg. Enjoy :)
